Admission Requirements
Course and Degree Requirements
- Degree: Minimum of 90 hours of undergraduate course credits from an accredited U.S. college or university (any discipline)
- All required courses need to be completed before July 1st prior to matriculation
- Required Courses
- General Biology – 8 semester hours (Embryology and Genetics recommended)
- Chemistry/Biochemistry/Organic chemistry with Lab – 8 semester hours
- General Physics with lab – 8 semester hours
- Mathematics/Biostatistics/Statistics – 6 semster hours
- English – 6 semester hours
- Ap or AP or CLEP credit to meet a minimum requirement, college hour or unit credit for a course must appear on the applicant’s transcript.

- Minimum grade of “C” on all required course
MCAT
- Minimum scores:
- Old MCAT: 24
- New MCAT: 495
- Scores from the September 10, 2016 MCAT dates are the latest that will be considered
- A 2014 MCAT score is the earliest score considered for the 2017 entering class

- Sent via email and include instructions for scheduling your interview
- Recommended to complete secondary application as soon as possible
- The interview day consists of:
- Orientation to the day's activities
- MMI interviews: 7-10 stations
- Traditional interviews: 25 min
- Break
- Lunch with medical students
- Tour of educational and clinical facilities
