Curriculum

Admissions Requirements
Citizenship
- Applicants must be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States or Canada at time of application
- Foreign nationals are currently not eligible for admission
Course and Degree Requirements
- Degree: completion of bachelor's or Pharm.D. degree (no major preferred)
- A higher degree cannot serve as a substitute
- Required Courses
- One year of biology and/or zoology (with lab)
- One year of inorganic chemistry (with lab)
- One year of organic chemistry (with lab)
- One year of physics (with lab)
- One course in biochemistry

MCAT
- Must have an exam within three years of matriculation
- Scores must be posted to AMCAS by Oct 15
Supporting Documents
- American Medical College Applications Service (AMCAS) application
- There is no secondary application required
- Letters of Recommendation are not required from all applicants (some applicants will be notified via e-mail if the school requires letters of recommendation from you.)
- Deadline for receipt of letters is Nov 15
- Three Letters of Recommendation required
- At least one must be from a professional in the science field
- You can submit up to 10 - only accepted through AMCAS
- $120 application fee

Interview
You will also have the opportunity to meet current students, attend class, and have a tour of our facilities.
- Interview invitations will be sent out on from August through mid-December.

- Interview dates for 2017-2018: Mondays and Fridays
- Type of interview : meet with two members of the Admissions Committee (30 minutes each)
- Selected applicants are invited to Rochester, Minnesota for a day-long interview, will also have the opportunity to meet current students, attend class, and have a tour of the facilities.
