Examples of how to read this table:

  • You need 75% to get a 3.3 at McGill, but the University of Toronto requires a 77% to get the same 3.3.
  • A mark of B+ covers the same range of percentages at York and McGill. At York, it is worth 7 points out of 9; at McGill, it is worth 3.3 points out of 4.0.
  • A mark of 80-84% is an A- at many universities, whereas at York, it is an A. This is because the A- does not exist.
