Admission Requirements

Course and Degree Requirements

  • Degree: Minimum 3 years of undergraduate study (any discipline)
    • For International applicants, a minimum of one year of study must be completed in an American or Canadian University.
  • Required Courses – should be completed in the U.S. or Canada
    • General Biology or Zoology + lab (8 credits)
    • General Chemistry (8 credits)
    • Organic Chemistry (8 credits)
    • General Physics + lab (8 credits)

  • Average accepted GPA: 3.73

MCAT

  • Average scores: 11.3
  • Early Decision Program (EDP) applicants must have taken the MCAT between April,2005 and July, 2008
  • Regular MD and MD/PhD applicants must have taken them between April, 2005 and September, 2008
