- However a mixture of biological/medical science courses as well as social sciences/humanities courses are recommended

Interviews
- Interviews are structured, standardized 45-minute interviews with a panel of three: one physician, one senior medical student, and one community representative.
- February of each year, email invitations will be sent to approximately 450 applicants to be interviewed during the two interview weekends held in March and April.

- September 15, 2016 (4:30 PM EDT): Last date to register for an account with OMSAS
- October 1, 2016 (4:30 PM EDT): Last date to submit application to OMSAS
- Late January/Early February 2017: Minimum GPA and MCAT scores are posted & Interview Notification Emails are sent
- March 4/5 & March 25/26, 2017: Interview dates for Schulich Medicine
- May 9, 2017:First round of Offers of Admission
- Late August 2017: White Coat Ceremony
