  • Degree: 4-year degree in a recognized university
  • Required courses:
    • There is no longer a required course or a program.
  • Recommended course:
    • Mixture of biological/ medical sciences of social sciences, humanities courses.

  • In-province/domestic students:
    • Minimum GPA: 3.7
  • Out-of-province/non-domestic students:
    • Minimum GPA: 3.7

MCAT

  • Minimum score: (or 12/9/11)
  • The most recent MCAT scores will be considered.
  • The MCAT must be taken no more than 5 years prior to the application deadline to qualify for this application cycle.
    • For multiple MCATs, the most recent testing is used.

Interview

  • Interview invitations will be sent out in February
  • Interview dates for year: March to April
  • Structure of interview: 45-minute interviews with a panel of three: one physician, one senior medical student, and one community representative.
