- Two full-course equivalents (FCE) in any life science
- One FCE in any of social sciences, humanities, or a language
- Recommended Courses
- One course in Statistics
- Two courses that required expository writing

- GPA will be calculated by eliminating one full-course (6 credits) grade per full year of study

Interview
- Interview invitations will be sent out beginning in January and will continue to be sent as the files are reviewed.
- Interview dates for 2013-2014: Late January – mid April
- Type of interview: Interviews are conducted at the Faculty of Medicine by a member of the Faculty and a current medical student

- Mid- July, 2013: OMSAS application becomes available online
- Sept. 15, 2013: Deadline to create OMSAS account
- Oct. 1, 2013: Deadline to submit applications including all reference letters
- Oct. 1, 2013: All transcripts and academic documents must be received by OMSAS
- Oct. 1, 2013: All Confidential Assessment Forms should be received by this date
- Oct. 4, 2013: Deadline for receipt of payments
- Nov. 1, 2013: Deadline to relese MCAT scores to OMSAS
- Nov. 1, 2013: A courtesy grace deadline for receipt at OMSAS of all reference letters
- May 13, 2014: First offers of admission
- Mid June 2014: Deadline to accept offers of admission
- June 30, 2014: Final transcripts must be received by OMSAS
