Course and Degree Requirements
- Degree: Preference given to those hold a Bachelor's Degree
- Required Courses:
- English composition and literature- two semesters or three quarters
- Biology with laboratory- Work in general biology, general zoology, or botany is acceptable. Two semesters or three quarters
- General inorganic chemistry with laboratory. Two semesters or three quarters
- General organic chemistry* with laboratory. Two semesters or three quarters
- Recommended Courses:
- Strongly Preferred- Physics, Histology and Biochemistry. Clinical experience

Technical Standards
All candidates for admission for the M.D. program should possess sufficient physical, intellectual, interpersonal, social, emotional, psychological, and communication abilities to:
- establish appropriate relationship with a wide range of faculty members, professional colleagues, and patients
- obtain a medical history and perform physical and mental examinations with a wide variety of paitnes.
- conduct tests and perform laboratory work
- ultimately make logical diagnostic and therapeutic judgments
