Course and Degree Requirements

  • Required Courses [GCSE]
    • Dual science OR Biology, Chemistry and Physics
    • English (grade of C or higher)
    • Mathematics (grade of C or higher)
  • Required Courses [A levels]
    • Chemistry (grade of A)
    • Biology (grade of A)
    • Third A level (grade of B, General Studies and Critical Thinking are not accepted)
    • Fourth AS level (grade of B)
  • International Baccalaureate is also accepted over GCSE and A levels
    • 36 points to include 3 subjects at higher level
      • Biology (6 points or higher)
      • Chemistry (6 points or higher)
      • Another course (6 points or higher)
      • Three further subjects at standard level (5 points or higher each)
