Course and Degree Requirements
- Degree: Minimum 3 year of undergraduate studies
- Must complete the requirements for an undergraduate degree by the end of the summer of the year you will enroll as a first-year medical student
- No preferred degree)
- Required Courses
- General biological sciences or equivalent + lab (2 courses)
- General inorganic chemistry or equivalent + lab (2 courses)
- Organic chemistry + lab (2 courses) - Note: One course of introductory biochemistry may substitute for the second organic chemistry.
- General physics + lab (2 courses)
- Advanced-level biology (must be at least a 200 level course -1 course)
- Behavorial/social sciences - for example: Psychology, Anthropology,or Sociology (3 courses)
