- Average (Class of 2012): 3.66 overall, 3.82 for the 2 best years
- Calculation method:
- Courses taken during summer sessions are not counted in the full-time study requirement or GPA
- GPA is calculated from the best two completed full-time years (do not have to be consecutive years)
- Non-Albertans are ranked according to this formula: 2*GPA + MCAT(VR)
- top 200-250 non-Albertan files are sent for complete review, cut-off for 2012: 3.76
