Interview
- Arkansas residents must call the Office of Admissions after the AMCAS application has been submitted to schedule an interview. Applicants must call between August 15 and November 1.
- For Non-Arkansas residents, the interview will be offered by invitation and occurs on January 14.

- August 15, 2016: Arkansas residents may begin calling to schedule their faculty interview.
- November 1, 2016: Final deadline for all applicants to submit AMCAS
- November 15, 2016: Non-Arkansas residents with strong ties to Arkansas must submit letter to UAMS advocating strong ties
to Arkansas. & Deadline to submit transcripts
- December 9, 2016: Admissions Committee meets to determine which non- Arkansas residents will be invited to be
interviewed in January and reviewed in February.
- December 18, 2016: Letters to early accepts for Arkansas residents.
- January 15, 2017: ALL application documentation must be received
- January 22, 2017: Letters to early accepts for Arkansas residents.
- Late February, 2017: Letters mailed to all applicants informing them of their admissions status
