Selection Criteria

  • Personal Qualities Assessment (PQA)
    • Test 1: Mental Agility Test - high level reasoning and kills test (45 questions in 60 minutes)
    • Test 2: Interpersonal Values - number of situations where people have to decide what to do according to their opinions or values (60 minutes)
    • Test 3: Interpersonal Traits - presents situations about people and list the way individuals migt think and behave in certain situations (60 minutes)
    • Test dates: July and Augus
    • Test locations: Adelaide, Melbourne, Singapore, Malaysia
    • Test fee: $300

  • Structured Oral Assessment
    • When: October
    • Where: Singapore, Malaysia, and Adelaide
    • Duration: 15-20 minutes
    • Will assess skills, qualities, which are considered important for undertaking the program and for future professional practice
    • Fee: No fee
