Selection Criteria
- Personal Qualities Assessment (PQA)
- Test 1: Mental Agility Test - high level reasoning and kills test (45 questions in 60 minutes)
- Test 2: Interpersonal Values - number of situations where people have to decide what to do according to their opinions or values (60 minutes)
- Test 3: Interpersonal Traits - presents situations about people and list the way individuals migt think and behave in certain situations (60 minutes)
