Selection Criteria

  • Personal Qualities Assessment (PQA)
    • Test 1: Mental Agility Test - high level reasoning and kills test (45 questions in 60 minutes)
    • Test 2: Interpersonal Values - number of situations where people have to decide what to do according to their opinions or values (60 minutes)
    • Test 3: Interpersonal Traits - presents situations about people and list the way individuals migt think and behave in certain situations (60 minutes)
    • Test locations and dates:
      • Singapore - Tuesday 2 August 2016
      • Toronto, Canada - Wednesday 3 August 2016
      • Adelaide, Australia - Thursday 4 August 2016
      • Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Friday 5 August 2016
    • Test fee: AUD $500
