Course and Degree Requirements

  • Required Courses – must be completed at an accredited college/university prior to matriculation
    • Biology + Lab (6 Credits)
    • Physics + Lab (6 Credits)
    • General Chemistry + Lab (6 Credits)
    • Organic Chemistry + Lab (6 Credits)
    • English (6 Credits)
  • 3 credits of Biochemistry can be used to substitute 3 organic chemistry credits
  • Recommended to take an eclectic array of courses

GPA and MCAT

  • No specified cut-off or average are given for either the GPA or MCAT, though initial screening of the application puts emphasis on the academic record and letters of evaluation.

Interview

  • 500 applicants granted interviews
  • After screening applicant based on primary and secondary applications, admission’s committee will invite the applicant via email for an interview
  • Interviews are conducted September through February
  • Applicants are interviewed by an administrator and a student
