Course and Degree Requirements

• Required Courses
  • minimum 6 credits of English
  • minimum 8 credits of general Biology (Biology, Zoology or Botany, no more than 4 semester hours may be Botany)
  • minimum 8 credits of introductory inorganic chemistry with laboratory work
  • minimum 8 credits of organic chemistry with laboratory
  • minimum 8 credits of Physics

• 3 Letters of recommendation-from professors, and one has to be a science professor.
