- Calculation method:
- GPA will be based by first considering the cGPA for all years of undergraduate studies. However, if applicants do not meet this cut-off, the two most recent years will be considered.

- Physical Sciences – 10
- Biological Sciences – 10
- Verbal Reasoning – 10
- Writing Sample – Q
- Even though there is no restriction to the number of times a student has written the MCAT, all scores must be declared to OMSAS.

Interview

- Interviews are conducted at the School of Medicine by a member of the Faculty, a community member and a current medical student

- Mid June, 2008: OMSAS application becomes available online
- Sept. 15, 2008: Deadline to create OMSAS account
- Oct. 1, 2008: Deadline to submit applications
- Oct. 1, 2008: All transcripts and academic documents must be received by OMSAS
- Oct. 6, 2008: All cheques/money orders must be received
- Oct. 15, 2008: Deadline for MCAT scores to be released to OMSAS
- May 15, 2009: First offers of admission
- June 12, 2009: Deadline to accept offers of admission
- June 30, 2009: All transcripts must be received by OMSAS
