- General Chemistry with Lab – one full year (8 semester hours)
- AP credits valid only if additional advanced chemistry course is taken
- Organic Chemistry with Lab – one full year (8 semester hours)
- 1 semester of biochemistry with lab may be substituted for the 2nd semester of organic chemistry.
- Humanities, Social and Behavioral Sciences
- At least 24 semester hours in these disciplines
- Mathematics-Calculus or Statistics – one full year (6-8 semester hours)
- AP credits acceptable for one semester of math requirement.
- Physics with Lab – one full year (8 semester hours)
