Other Requirements

  • Applicants whose first language is not English need to pass the minimum requirements with either of the following:
    • IELTS: 7.5 overall with at least 7.0 in each component
    • GCSE or IGCSE English language (as a first language): Grade “A”
    • IB: score of 6 at standard level in English language (as a first language)
  • Undergo a criminal background check
  • Undergo a health assessment

Interview

  • Between December and February
  • Interviews are conducted by two individuals, one being an experienced health professional.
  • Interviews last about 20 minutes and aims to seek the applicant’s knowledge about the medical program, medical ethics, working well as a team, etc.
