- Non-maritime applicants
- Minimum: 3.7 (4.0 scale) based on the last two years of full-time undergraduate study

- One section can be a 7, but another section must be higher in order to compensate

- September 2, 2008: On-line application becomes available
- November 3, 2008: Deadline to submit application to Registrar’s Office
- Week of Feb. 9, 2009: Interview invitations issued
- Late March/early April: Interviews
- April 30, 2009: Scholarship/bursary application deadline
- May 15: All students will be informed of decision regarding their admission
