    • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

  • Personal essay (one 8.5x11 page, typed, 750 words max)
    • Essay should touch on why applicant wants to pursue medicine, what qualities would make them a good physician, the applicant's goals, etc.
  • Chronological list of education/work experience/extra-curriculars since graduation from high school (1 page, typed)
  • Letters of reference
    • At least two must be from science professors who have taught the applicant
      • Letters form a Pre-Medical Advisory Committee are preferable
    • Additional references may be submitted
    • Letters must be on letterhead stationary and send directly from the writer
  • Official transcripts (send directly from registrar)
  • MCAT scores
