Curriculum
The degree is separated into two sections:
- Basic Sciences: Five semesters of study on Grand Cayman
- Clinical Sciences: Rotations offered in high-quality teaching hospitals throughout the U.S., Canada, and Britain.

Admission Requirements
Course and Degree Requirements
- Degree: at least 90 or more semester credit hours (3 years) from an approved college or university in the United States, Canada, or a recognized international institution
- Required Courses
- General Chemistry + lab (2 semesters/6 credit hours)
- Inorganic Chemistry + lab (2 semesters/6 credit hours)
- Organic Chemistry + lab (2 semesters/6 credit hours) - one semester may be substituted with a Biochemistry class
- General Biology + lab (2 semesters/6 credit hours)
- English (1 semester/3 credit hours) - may be substituted with any language arts course with a written component
- Math or Computer Science (1 semester/3 credit hours)

GPA
- There is no minimum GPA required to apply
- Students with academic transcripts from outside the United States and Canada must have them evaluated on a course-by-course basis by an evaluation service such as [www.wes.org orld Evaluation Services]

Standardized Test
- The Medical College Admissions Test (MCAT) is required only of citizens and permanent residents of the United States. Admitted students from the United States are to submit their MCAT results prior to enrolling.
