Admission Requirements

Course and Degree Requirements

• Degree: Minimum 3 years of (90 credit hours) undergraduate study at an American or Canadian University (any discipline)
  • Completion of undergraduate degree strongly encouraged
• Required Courses
  • General chemistry (6 credits) with lab
  • Organic chemistry (6 credits) with lab
  • Physics (6 credits) with lab
  • Introductory biology (6 credits) with lab
• Recommended courses
  • Biochemistry

• For accepted class of 2009:
  • Average – 3.80
  • Range – 3.10-4.0 (majority of students attained between 3.6-4.0)

  • Range – 27-40 (majority students scored between 34 and 38)
• MCAT must have been written no earlier than 2008
