Program Information

  • MD program at Windsor University School of Medicine includes 5 semesters of basic medical science course work and 5 semesters of clinical science program.
  • The Committee also considers letters of recommendation, the applicant's record of accomplishments beyond the scholastic, pre-medical committee evaluations, and his or her personal qualities.
  • Transfer applicants interested in attending Windsor University School of Medicine should contact the school to determine eligibility and acceptance requirements.

Admission Requirements

  • Undergraduates or students enrolled in Undergraduate programs with One year of Biology and Chemistry
    • Chemistry (with labs) 1 year
    • General Biology 1 year
    • Physics (with labs) 1 semester (recommended)
  • Applicants who have not taken a sufficient amount of their academic coursework in English must take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) and present the official record of the scores. The minimum score is 550.

    • Note – Firm offers are given to applicants who are already graduates and provisional offers are given to applicants who have not completed the final year of bachelor’s

Tuition 2010

  • application fee: $ 75
  • $ 4,990 ( Per Semester )
  • Lowest competitive flexible& affordable. 4,990 per semester that includes, Dorms, Cafeteria, text books
  • Student Loans: No Interest, No finance charge flexible student loans and tuition fee plans and payments accomodated for every student
  • There will be no tuition fee charge for the Courses that are repeated because they were dropped or failed in a previous semester . There will be however Retake exam fees and course fees for repeated failures applied as per the retake exam fees policy
  • After receiving notification of admission, the student must place a $500 deposit to hold his or her place in the class. This deposit shall be credited to the first semester's tuition.
