Interview
- Applicants will be invited for an interview until mid-March
- Interviews are generally one hour in duration
- Applicants are interviewed by medical school faculty and administrative staff; interviews with medical students are encouraged but optional
- Notifications of acceptance will be given within 4-6 weeks after the interview

- Last Week in June: NJMS Secondary Application Available
- July 5: Early Decision Interview
- Beginning of July: Early Decision Acceptances
- Beginning mid-August: Regular Decision Interviewing
- December 1: Deadline to submit AMCAS application
- December 15: Deadline to submit Secondary Application and Letters of Recommendation
- Spring 2018: Alternate List Review
- Note: NJMS notifies Early Decision Program applicants of decision as early as possible instead of waiting until October 1st
- Applicants are encouraged to submit complete applications and all required material as soon as possible because admission is a on a rolling basis
