Course and Degree Requirements
- Degree: Any bachelor's degree that was completed in a satisfactory manner in an educational institution located in the United States or Canada, approved by a regional accrediting body, and listed in the current Education Directory of the U.S. Office of Education.
- Required Courses:
- General Biology with laboratory: 2 semesters
- General Inorganic Chemistry with laboratory: 2 semesters
- Organic Chemistry with laboratory: 2 semesters
- Physics with laboratory: 2 semesters
- Mathematics: Calculus or Statistics: 2 semesters (2 of Calculus, 2 of Statistics, or 1 of each)
- English and English Composition: 2 semesters
- Demonstrated proficiency in spoken and written English

- Early Decision Program:
- June 18:Last day for Early Decision Program applicants to take the MCAT
- August 1: Early Decision Program deadline for AMCAS application and official transcripts. Deadline for receipt of Secondary Application, letters of recommendation and any other supplemental materials for Early Decision Program applicants
- September: All interviews for Early Decision Program
- October 1: Early Decision Program applicants notified of decisions by this date
- Regular Admissions:
- ~May 1:AMCAS application is available online to be filled out. Transcripts may be sent to AMCAS
- ~June 1:AMCAS application may be submitted
- September: Last month for 2010 regular admissions applicants to take the MCAT.
