- Premedical Advisory Committee Report.
- If the applicant’s school does not have a Premedical Advisory Committee, then he or she is required to have 2 academic letters of reference and 1 letter of reference from another person at the applicant’s discretion. A fourth letter may be sent from an individual involved in an important extracurricular activity who can make a judgement regarding the applicant’s abilities.
- MD/PhD Applicants: One of the letters must be written from the applicant’s research supervisor.
- Applicants applying with a Master’s degree or PhD: Applicants should submit a comprehensive report instead of the Premedical Advisory Committee Report if the applicant’s program has such a report.

Interview
- Interviews are held weekdays from September 2017 to January 2018
- Interviews are by invitation only via email.
- Interviews occur on campus at the Carver College of Medicine Admissions Office and are conducted by two members from the College of Medicine Faculty.
- On the interview day, the applicant will attend an orientation session, a tour of the clinical facilities, lunch, and the conducted interview.
