Admission Requirements
Course and Degree Requirements
- No preference of major, Bachelor’s degree not required but recommended
- 93 credits completed at an accredited 4-year college/university
- English (6 credits)
- Inorganic Chemistry with Lab (8 credits)
- Biochemistry (3 credits)
- Organic Chemistry with Lab (4 credits)
- Physics (8 credits)
- Biological Sciences (8 credits)
- Psychology (3 credits)
- Social Sciences, Humanities or Foreign Language (11 credits)
- Minimum of C grade must be attained in required courses

- Minimum CGPA (non-California residents): 3.0 (4.0 scale)
- Good academic standing required (not probation)
- Average CGPA 2009: 3.68

- Only US DAT accepted (Canadian version no longer accepted)
- Minimum score of 17 in PAT, Total Science and Academic Average
- Official score deadline: October 15th
- DAT must have been written within 2 years of application and no later than September 15th of application year
