- Required only for applicants to the DDS program
- Minimum score of 15 in each of: Reading Comprehension, Perceptual Ability and Manual Dexterity
- Must be written by the November exam date prior to admission year
- DAT must have been written within 5 years of application
- Best score used if written multiple times
