Course and Degree Requirements
- Degree: Minimum 2 years of undergraduate study at an accredited U.S. or Canadian university
- Required Courses
- 2 semesters (6-8 credits) of English including composition (6 credits)
- 2 semesters (8 credits) of general chemistry including laboratory
- 2 semesters (8 credits) of organic chemistry including laboratory
- 2 semesters (8 credits) of general biology with laboratory
- 2 semesters (8 credits) of general physics with laboratory
- Experience in Dentistry
- Applicants are encouraged to have a minimum of 100 hours of experience in clinical dentistry.

- Average accepted CGPA: 3.65
- Biology, Chemistry, Physics GPA: 3.56
DAT
- Mean scores:
- Academic: 19.53
- PAT: 19.71
- Reading Comprehension: 21.15
- DAT must be written after 2010 and no later than the Nov 1 prior to the application deadline for Fall 2014 admission.

- AADSAS application including official DAT scores

- A preprofessional committee OR
- 3 letters of evaluation from faculty members (instructor from prerequisite science course is preferred)

Evaluation criteria
- After selected applicants are invited to visit the school, the Student Admission Committee performs a complete review of the applicant. An admission decision is reached by a vote of the entire committee.

- June 1, 2012: Begin acceptance of application fee.
- Dec 1, 2012: Deadline for AADSAS application and all supporting documents.
- Students are encouraged to apply as early as possible. Acceptances are given out starting December 1.
