General Notes
* Language of instruction is exclusively French. * If the applicant�s previous language of instruction was not French they may be required to pass a French knowledge test ($60 fee). * A university degree is required for admission. * Students are accepted from all over Canada. * Applicants must be Canadian citizens or have permanent resident status.

* Audiology * Biochemistry * Occupational therapy * Nutrition * Orthophony * Pharmacy * Physiotherapy * Nursing * Biological sciences or biomedical sciences.
-Applicants may also possess a master�s degree in optometry. -Other degrees not listed may be considered acceptable after reviewing an applicant�s file. -Applicants who have completed a CEGEP DEC must have completed at least 12 university credits. -Applicants who do not have a DEC must have completed at least 48 university credits.

-Applicants who fail the TAED (less than 10 on either manual or perception ability sections) will not be considered. -Applicants maybe considered if they retake the test and pass.

Supporting Documents -A letter of intent written in French, minimum two pages in length, must be submitted. -The letter must detail the applicant�s interest in both the dental profession and the continuation of university studies. -The letter must be sent to: Secr�tariat de la Facult� de m�decine dentaire Universit� de Montr�al, C.P. 6128, succursale Centre-ville Montr�al, Qu�bec H3C 3J7 -A copy of the applicant�s cumulative grades is required. This includes high school, CEGEP, and university grades. -A copy of the applicant�s university diploma is required. -4 letters of recommendation are required.

French language conditions -Applicants must pass the ��preuve uniforme de langue et litt�rature fran�aise du minist�re de l'�ducation du Qu�bec�. -Applicants must obtain a minimum of 850/990 on the test de fran�ais international (TFI).

Tuition
-Tuition (per session) for a full time student (equivalent of 15 credits) from Quebec or the rest of Canada is $834.15. -Tuition (per session) for a full time foreign student (equivalent of 15 credits) is $4,269.15. -The cost of thesis preparation is an additional $312.00 for all students. -Students who must rent an apartment should estimate that their living expenses will be $1000/per month. This includes:
* Rent and utilities: $450/month * Food: $275/month * Transportation: $45/month * Books and supplies: $600/year * Telephone: $30/month * Misc.: $150/month
-Applicants must plan to spend a minimum of $20,000 for required instruments over the course of their studies:
* Year 1: $7,000 * Year 2: $8,500 * Year 3: $4,000 * Year 4: $500
