*Applicants with bachelor’s degrees, prior to admission, are preferred. Applications must include all prerequisite courses, DAT score, and a recommended GPA of ‘B’ or higher.   
 
*All applicants are required to have a minimum of 20 observation hours in a dental office.
 
*Applicants with a strong history of experience community service are preferred.                                                       
 
*Potential applicants may apply after successful completion of 90 quarter hours or 60 semester hours.
 
*A grade of "B" or better in the required courses is recommended.
 
*Potential applicants may apply after completion of two-thirds of the prerequisite courses. Prerequisite courses must be completed with a grade of "C" or higher.
 
*Selection criteria is based on a formula:
 
**60% Academic - based on overall GPA & DAT Academic Average
 
**10% Technical - based on DAT Perceptual Ability score; must be > 13
