• Degree: Minimum of 2 years of college but preference is shown to those who complete 4 years of college

  • General Biology or Zoology or Botany with Laboratory
  • Inorganic Chemistry with Quantitative Analysis with Laboratory
  • Organic Chemistry with Laboratory
  • General Physics with Laboratory
  • English Composition

Supporting Documents

• Letters of Recommendation (3) - For applicants who graduated from an undergraduate institution or a post baccalaureate predental program which offers a Health Professions Advisor or Advisory Committee should submit a letter from this person or committee. If this is not the case, the applicant should explain this on the Meharry Medical College supplemental application and substitute a minimum of three individual letters, including two from Science professors
  • All letters should be sent to the American Association of Dental Schools Application Service and not to the school
• 2 inches x 2 inches photo of the applicant with the applicant's full name and AADSAS ID on the back of the picture
  • The photo should be mailed to the Admissions and Records office
