- 1 letter from school’s pre-health professions advisory committee may be sent instead

Interview
- Interviews are conducted at the School of Dental Medicine by two members of the Admissions Committee.
- Students should plan to stay the day at the School since the day lasts from 8:45 – 3:00 (including lunch, tour and information sessions).
- Applicants must bring:
- High School Transcript (with SAT scores if applicable)
- HSDM Supplemental Questionnaire
- 2x2 passport picture
