- Degree: Minimum 4 years of college study with Bachelor’s degree at an accredited university or college (including 90 semester credit hours)

- Organic Chemistry with lab section (8 credits/semester hours)
- General Chemistry with lab section (8 credits/semester hours)
- Physics with lab section (8 credits/semester hours)
- Biology with lab section (8 credits/semester hours)
- English (6 credits/semester hours)
- Biochemistry (3 credits/semester hours)

- 1 letter from the applicant's choice

- All entering students must provide proof of immunization against Hep B, measles, mumps, and rubella.
