- Degree: Minimum 3 years of college study with Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year of college and all dental prerequisites completed in the U.S. or Canada

- Organic Chemistry with lab
- Biochemistry–One semester or two quarters required (a full year recommended)
- General Physics with lab

- A minimum of 20 hours of dental practice observation/shadowing
- Three letters of reference including:
- Spiritual leader, Science professor, pre–professional committee, or Employer
- Supplementary Application (emailed once AADSAS Application is received)
- A formal interview (by invitation only)
- minimum of 50 hours of dental practice observation/shadowing
