Degree: Undergraduate degree from an accredited 4 year university or college.
Required Courses:
- 12 credits of Chemistry.
  - 6 of these credits must be Organic Chemistry.
- 6 credits of Biology.
- 6 credits of Physics.
- 6 credits of English/Humanities.
The science courses must include laboratory instruction.
Suggested pre-dental science electives include comparative anatomy, cell biology, genetics, biochemistry, microbiology, and physiology.

GPAs are not considered the only measure of a student's level of performance in school.
- Also taken into account are the type of college attended and the relationship between grades obtained and DAT scores.
GPA Statistics for entering class of 2009-2011:
- Average GPA: 3.61
- Average Science GPA: 3.56

DAT Statistics for entering class of 2009-2011
- Mean DAT Academic Average: 19.58
- Mean DAT Perceptual Ability: 19.62
There are no minimum DAT scores explicitly stated, however students should display excellent scores in regards to each section on the exam.

The Case School of Dental Medicine does not require a secondary application.
Apply online with AADSAS:
- Applications are available after June 1 and should be submitted as soon as possible following that date in order to ensure full consideration by the Admissions Committee.
- The Admissions Committee begins conducting formal interviews in August for entrance the following August.
- The application deadline is January 1.
