Course and Degree Requirements
- Degree: One of the following:
- Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in Sciences, Letters or Arts
- DEC in Health or Pure and Applied Science and successfully completed the following courses:
- Biology 401
- Chemistry 202
- DEC in Dental Hygiene and successfully completed the following courses:
- Math NYA and NYB or Math 103-77, 203-77, 103-RE or 203-RE.
- Physics NYA, NYB and NYC
- Chemistry NYA and NYB
- Any other DEC with the following courses successfully completed:
- Biology NYA and 401
- Chemistry NYA, NYB and 202
- Math NYA and NYB
- Physics NYA, NYB and NYC
- A pre-university diploma comprised of 13 years of schooling and deemed satisfactorily in the sciences (math, physics, chemistry or biology)
- Students with an International Baccalaureate do not require Physics NYC

- Minimum: There are no minimum cut-offs for GPA scores.
- Lowest CRC (côte de rendement collégial) accepted 2010: 32.00

Test d'aptitude aux études dentaires (TAED)
- Minimum scores:
- Perceptual Ability – 15
- Manual Dexterity – 5
- All applicants are required to do the TAED test. The deadlines to sign up for the test are September 15, or January 15.
- Only the scores on the last test will be considered.
- Test results are valid for 5 years.

Supporting Documents
- For students coming from other Quebec universities, the following is required:
- Admission application form
- $ 64 (CAD) Registration fee
- Photocopy of the birth certificate
- Official student transcript sent directly by the university
- Proof of French Proficiency if the applicant did not attend elementary and high school in French. The applicant needs 860/990 on the Test de Français International (TFI).
- This test must be completed within 2 years of the application date.
- If the student is born outside of Canada, clear photocopy of the citizenship card (recto/verso) or permanent resident card needs to be provided as well as the Certificat de selection du Québec.

Interview
- Interviews are structured and worth 20% of the applicant’s evaluation profile.
- The other 80% of the evaluation profile is based on the academic portfolio.
