Course and Degree Requirements
- Degree: Minimum of 2 years of college
- A minimum of 64 semester hours must be obtained exclusive of credit in military science, physical education and non-academic courses
- The applicant should have attained at least a "B" average for all courses

- Applicants to Creighton School of Dentistry should arrange to take their tests preferably no later than August of their last predental year

- Letters of Recommendation (3) - two by instructors in science and one by an instructor in a non-science department. However, if an applicant's college has a recommending committee, its recommendation is preferred to the three individual ones
- Before admission, accepted applicants are required to submit to the Student Health Services a Confidential Health Record

- Official Transcript(s) - sent directly to the Associated American Dental Schools Application Service

Interview
- Interviews are by invitation only during the fall semester
- All applicants are interviewed by the Chair of the Admissions Committee followed by a tour of the School of Dentistry which will be conducted by a current dental student
