  • University of Windsor changed its law degree designation from a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree to a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
  • Three year program
  • Approximate number of applications: 1 900
  • Canadian & American Dual J.D. Program also available in cooperation with University of Detroit
  • Other joint degrees available

Course and Degree Requirements

  • Minimum two years of undergraduate study following "senior matriculation"
  • Minimum three years of undergraduate study following "junior matriculation"
  • Work experience, community involvement, personal accomplishments, career objectives, LSAT scores and university undergraduate program are considered for admission

  • Sucess in undergraduate program is considered
  • 2011-2012 incoming class had an average GPA of 3.07

  • Must be written within six years of application
  • 2011-2012 entering class had an average LSAT score of 158
