- Degree: Bachelor’s degree
- Required Courses
- None, however biochemistry, calculus, organic and physical chemistry, general physics, and physiology are recommended

- Autobiographical Essay (1-2 pages, single spaced)
- Two Reference Letter Forms and letters of reference (preferably from professors)
- One official academic transcript
- Once admitted, must find a supervisor
- Additional requirements for international applicants (TOEFL)
- Paper-based Test and TWE = Overall Score 600, TWE 5
- Computer-based Test and Essay Rating Score = Overall Score 250, Essay Rating 5
- Internet-based Test (IBT) = Overall Score 100, Writing/Speaking 22
