Course and Degree Requirements

  • Regular Applicants: completed at least three years of undergraduate studies by the end of May of the year of entry (any discipline)
    • Majority of students have completed four years of studies.
  • Two other admission categories:
    • Mature Applicants - at least five years without any academic experience
    • Aboriginal Applicants – aprox. 25-30 Aboriginals enrolled in the JD program

  • Minimum: none
  • Average: 3.85 (86%)
    • Very few applicants are below 80%
  • Based on best 3 of 4 years

  • Minimum LSAT score: none
  • Average: 168 (96th percentile)
    • Very few applicants are below the 88th percentile
  • If taken more than once, the highest score is taken in consideration
  • The test must be taken within four years prior to application
