General
- Apply online at http://www.gradstudies.ualberta.ca/apply/
- MSc (thesis) and PhD program
Academic Requirements
- 4 year bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum GPA of 3.1.(although the average GPA of those accepted is around 3.5)

- Official transcript and degree certification
- CV/resume
- Three reference letters

- International applicants may be required to submit proof of fluency in English such as the TOEFL exam.
Deadlines
- No formal deadline but all required materials should be submitted at least six weeks prior to start of the term (Jan 1st or Sept 1st).
