Admission Requirements
General
- You can get application forms online at http://www.usask.ca/cgsr/forms.php#prosp
Academic Requirements
- Honours B.Sc. in an appropriate program from a recognized university
- GPA of 70% during the last 60 credit units.
- If the undergraduate program is not sufficiently in-depth, accepted students will have to complete additional courses.
Financial Requirements
- Students are required to fill out a Student Statement of Financial Support.
Supporting Documents
- Application form
- Three confidential Letters of Recommendation
- Student Statement of Financial Support
- Official transcripts from all institutions
- $75 Application fee
Other
- Foreign applicants must pass an English language test (TOEFL or other).
- If applicants do not have adequate preparation, they may be admitted provided they complete necessary courses either prior to or during their graduate program.
Deadlines
- No later than June 1st for September entry.
- To be considered for scholarships, you must apply by early April.
