Admission Requirements
- Master of Science
- Degree: Four-year B.Sc degree in a relevant academic discipline with a cumulative weighted average of at least 70% (U of S grade system equivalent) in the last two years of study (i.e. 60 credit units).
- Doctor of Philosophy
- Degree: M.Sc degree in a relevant academic discipline with a cumulative weighted average of at least 70% (U of S grade system equivalent) in the last two years of study (i.e. coursework required in Master's program).

- Educational history from all post-secondary institutions (transcripts)
- Proof of English Language Proficiency where required
- TOEFL - Overall score of 86 with 19+ in each category
- IELTS - Overall score of 6.5 with no less than 6.0 in any category
- CanTest - Overall score of 4.5 with no less than 4.5 in any category
- PTE - Overall score of 63 with no less than 59 in each category
- CAEL - Overall 70% score with minimum individual scores of 60.
Deadline
- There is no university deadline for applications to graduate studies set by the College of Graduate Studies and Research.
- Applications are accepted throughout the year, but are recommended for before February 1 to be considered for scholarships. Admission for January and May are occasionally offered for special cases.
