- Note that students with exceptionally strong academic records can be fast tracked directly to the Ph.D. program, though they must initially apply to the M.Sc. program

- Degree: Four-year B.Sc degree in a relevant academic discipline

- MATH 223: Linear Algebra
- MATH 240: Discrete Structures

- Doctor of Philosophy
- Degree: M.Sc degree in Computer Science or a closely related area

GPA
- Minimum: 3.2 (4.0 scale)
- If CGPA is slightly lower but the applicant possesses a superior record in Computer Science and Mathematics, his or her application may still be considered
GRE
- Applicants are encouraged to take the GRE; however, it is not required unless the applicant did not complete a degree in Canada
Supporting Documents
- Application Fee: $100
- University Transcripts
- An unofficial copy of your complete university-level academic record to date.
- If the transcript does not indicate that a degree has been conferred a copy of the degree certificate (diploma) will also have to be uploaded.
- Transcripts in languages other than English or French must be accompanied by an English or French translation provided by the institution issuing the transcript or by a certified translator.
- 2 Completed Recommendation Forms
- Official GRE scores (if applicable)
- Official TOEFL/IELTS scores (if applicable)
- CV
- For Ph.D applicants:
- a statement outlining the objective of their graduate program
- a list of at least 3 proposed supervisors that you would like to work with in order to process your application
