• Based on the last two years of undergraduate studies

• Letters of recommendation - 3 minimum

• Statement of Educational and Career Objectives - about 500 words discussing applicant's interests related to the program, and any background experience in the field. Also, identify and rank 5 faculty members who could best advise and supervise the applicant's research.

• Resume - include, where applicable; Academic honours/employment/volunteer/professional qualifications and memberships/publications

• TOEFL or YELT - required if applicant's first language is not English

• Financial statement - only for international students

• $80 application fee
