Admission Requirements
General
- Apply online at http://futurestudents.yorku.ca/graduate/apply_now
- No student is accepted into the Biology Graduate Program unless a Professor agrees to supervise the student. This decision is usually made after the Professor reviews the complete application packages and has a chance to interview the applicant(s). Applicants can apply without having secured a supervisor in advance

Academic Requirements
- Graduate with a 4 years Honours degree or its equivalent at a regionally accredited university.
- Minimum B+ average in the last two years of study
- If english is not your native language you have to write TOEFL or IELTS.

Financial Requirements
- Domestic student annual tuition fee: $5,500.89
- International student annual tuition fee: $11,988.66
- Note: students receive a minimum funding of $20,000 from which they pay their tuition.

Tuition 2012-2013
- All students receive a minimum guaranteed stipend of CDN $21,000
- From this stipend, students pay their tuition fees:
- Full year tuition:
- Domestic: $3,696.46
- International: $8,021.64
