- Chemistry:
- Physical and Chemical Properties of Matter (with lab)
- Chemical Reactions, Equilibria and Kinetics (with lab)
- Introductory Biochemistry or Fundamentals of Biochemistry
- Introductory Chemical Thermodynamics
- Basic Organic Chemistry 1 (with lab) or Organic Chemistry 1
- Basic Organic Chemistry 2 (with lab) or Organic Chemistry 2
- Mathematics:
- Calculus 1 for the Life Sciences or Calculus 1 for Honours Mathematics or Calculus 1 (Advanced)
- Calculus 2 for the Life Sciences or Calculus 2 for Honours Mathematics or Calculus 2 (Advanced)
- Introductory Statistics for Scientists
- Humanities, Social Sciences, and English:
- Four terms of Humanities or Social Sciences at the university level (normally no more than 2 terms should be from a single subject area)

Interview
- April 29 - May 1, 2011
- Applicants must complete a Reading Comprehension/Writing Test (time limit applies) as part of the interview process
- Interviews are conducted in early May

Deadlines
- August 16th, 2010: Applications for January 2012 are opened.
- Note that application website will be shut down from September 27th to October 6th.
- January 9th, 2011: Deadline to submit the winter 2012 application, in addition to paying the application fee.
- February 11th, 2011: Deadline to submit the following documents:
- Interim University Transcript(s)
- Pharmacy Admission Profile
- Confirmation of English Language Requirements (if applicable)
- Reference Letter Form
- April 7th, 2011: Invitation for Pharmacy interviews will be sent by email.
- April 14th, 2011: Deadline to confirm attendance to interview.
- April 29th - May 1st, 2011: Pharmacy Admission Interviews and Reading Comprehension/Writing Test (for selected candidates)
- June 10th, 2011: Deadline to submit University transcripts with final Winter 2011 grades.
- June 15th, 2011: Admission decisions will be communicated to all applicants.

Tuition
- Approximately $6,700 per term for Canadian citizens and permanent residents, and approximately $16,000 for International students
- Additional fees each academic term for incidental expenses and co-op program operations, bringing the total fees to approximately $7,500 and $17,700 respectively
