- Doctor of pharmacy (PharmD)

- Co-op program with three paid work terms

Course and Degree Requirements
- Degree: two full years of university-level science
- Required Courses
- Biology:
- Introductory Cell Biology (with lab)
- Genetics
- Fundamentals of Microbiology
- Chemistry:
- Physical and Chemical Properties of Matter (with lab)
- Chemical Reactions, Equilibria and Kinetics (with lab)
- Introductory Biochemistry
- Organic Chemistry 1 (with lab)
- Organic Chemistry 2 (with lab)
- Mathematics:
- Calculus 1
- Calculus 2
- Introductory Statistics
- Humanities or Social Sciences (4 semesters)
- normally no more than 2 terms should be from a single subject area
- English may be used to satisfy the humanities or social sciences requirement, but can not be double counted for English course requirement
- English course (1 semester)

- Average accepted GPA 2013: 82%
- GPA range: 75-97%
- Calculation method:
- The grade achieved in every university course you have taken since entering university will be included in the overall weighted average calculation.

- University of Waterloo's School of Pharmacy does not use weighting criteria. If an applicant meets the admission requirements, the full application is viewed holistically.
Interview
- May 2-4, 2014
- Target of 240 interviews
- Applicants must complete a Reading Comprehension/Writing Test (time limit applies) as part of the interview process

- February 7, 2019: Deadline to submit supporting documents
- April 11, 2019: Invitation for Pharmacy interviews will be sent by email.
- April 18, 2019: Deadline to confirm attendance to interview.
- May 3-5, 2019: Pharmacy Admission Interviews and FSA
- May 31, 2019: Deadline to submit University transcripts with final Winter 2019 grades.
- June 13, 2019: Admission decisions will be communicated to all applicants.
- June 20, 2019: Deadline to accept Offer of Admission to Pharmacy.
